How to claim

  1. Email care@nobullbalm.com within 7 days of the last scan (or within 48 hours of delivery for damage).
  2. Include Order # and photos (outer packaging + product).
  3. We'll replace or refund—typically within 1 business day of receiving details.

Non-refundable fee. Insured Delivery is optional and cannot be purchased after checkout.

Extended Guarantee to 60 Days — $4.95 AUD (per order)

Extend our money-back window from 30 days to 60 days from delivery.

How it works:

  • Same terms as our standard money-back guarantee—just more time.

  • We may not require the product back (case-by-case).

Exchanges

  • Want to send a gift / swap? Email us; we'll arrange it if the item is unopened.
